Our company transports normal goods which do not belong to the category of oversized cargo and do not require any special temperature conditions. For example equipment, construction materials, FMCGs (shoes, clothes, beauticraft, carpets and so on), household appliances, industrial wood, foodstuffs (chocolate, juices, beverages and so on), textiles, motor oils, pipes, metall, harmless chemistry etc.

Company «The Great Bear» Ltd has a great experience in the field of refrigerated cargo transportation in the international transit. For the successful transit of extra goods which requires special temperature conditions within the range of +20 to -20 Celsius degree, our truck fleet is provided with the special refrigerating transport equipment.

Nowadays we have 5 Volvo FH-12 trucks with the refrigerating semitrailers Kogel for 33 europallets (93 m3, 20-22 tons).

The responsibility of the transport operator (CMR insurance)

• Responsibility for the physical loss or damage of the freight accepted for transit. The limit of the responsibility for the risk "Responsibility for the safe good delivery" is 450 000 Euro.
• The limit of the responsibility for the risk "Responsibility for the non-fulfillment of agreement obligations" is 100 000 Euro.
• Insurance for the responsibility of third parties in case of damaging event of property or life and health of third parties by the transit goods. The limit of responsibility for the risk "Responsibility in front of third parties. is 50 000 Euro.
• The total responsibility of the Insurer on all the demands within one insurable event is limited by the ammount of 500 000 Euro.
• The responsibility of Insurer on all demands of the Insurance Agreement is limited by the ammount of 600 000 Euro.

Insurance of drivers.

• All drivers of "The Great Bear" Ltd are insured from transport accidents and from the deseases which require the immideate medical interference for the time of the trip maintenance (medical insurance).

Civil liability

• The civil liability of the owners of transport vehicles in case of damage cause to health and property of the third parties during the road traffic accident on the territory of Ukraine and European countries (Green Card)
